Virtual Architec and EPS Buildings are collaborating to make the process of designing and building your next structure as enjoyable as possible.  The following is a outline of what to expect when you use this site:

• 1st, you will not find an extensive catalog of plans on this site.  We take the plans or sketches our clients bring and create a 3D model that you can see inside and out on your own computer.  You will be able to see samples of other projects done before.

• If you don't have a plan already, we will walk you through the process of picking a plan that meets your needs.  Then we will customize it according to your family, lifestyle and location. 

• We will help you download and install the free Adobe viewer program on your personal computer.  Then we will transfer your house model to your computer.  Using the newest technology we will be able to look at your computer screen while talking over the phone and show you around your new building.  We can then make changes in real time right on the spot!  You will be able to see your project in a way you never thought possible. 

• Once we have your model the way you want it, we will pass the model to your EPS dealer to price it out and finalize your order.  We provide the plans to EPS manufacturing in a format they can use to cut the panels and design your building.

• How much does this cost?  Typically we can have an initial preliminary 3D model for you starting at $250.00.  Prices vary from building to building, give us a call for a more accurate figure.
